The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the order dated 11th November, 2023 is the next date fixed for further evidence of PW 1.

In view of such submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the revisional application being CO 3285 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Uluberia, Howrah to take up the hearing of the suit and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before June, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
