The writing dated November 23, 2022 of the Officer-in-Charge shows that the petitioner complied with the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail.

In such circumstances, the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail dated November 11, 2019 passed in CRM 10351 of 2019 requiring the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders is waived. All other conditions of such order will remain the same. IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
