By this writ petition, the notice dated 11th September 2006 whereby the sealed tenders are invited from the enlisted Class-I Contractor for laying of different diameters for Distribution System within Zone-IX under North 24-Parganas Arsenic Area Water Supply Scheme was challenged.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called on for hearing.

I am of the considered view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed without any order.

Interim order passed in the writ petition stands vacated.

Consequently, the application being CAN 1 of 2007 (Old CAN 832 of 2007) stands disposed of.
