It appears from the ordersheet that 5th January, 2024 is the next date fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit.

Since this is a suit for eviction and pending from the year 2017, this court is of the considered view that the hearing of the suit should be expedited. Accordingly, CO 3287 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the T.S. No. 901 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
