Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they are in custody for one year and nine months. They have been falsely implicated. They pray for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the Sate opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners have been identified by the witnesses during test identification parade. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
