Petitioners are in custody for 1 year and 4 months. They renew their prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits trial is in progress and 7 witnesses have already been examined.

There are ample evidence connecting the petitioners in the crime and the trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
