For Union of India Today the writ petition appears under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for correcting some typographical mistake in the name of the petitioner which is apparent on the face of the judgment and order dated September 26, 2025.

The name of the writ petitioner should be corrected and read as "Bappai Ghosh" instead of Bappi Ghosh.

The above correction shall be incorporated and read into the judgment and order dated September 26, 2025.

The rest of the orders remain unaltered and without any modification.
