Petitioner prays for setting aside of the warrant of arrest issued against him. He undertakes to appear before the trial court and pray for regular bail.

Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is requested to appear in the instant case for the State. A copy of the revision petition is handed over to Ms. Sahu in court today. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to regularize her appointment. 3.

I have considered the materials on record. Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain suspended for a period of four weeks within which period the petitioner shall appear before the trial court and pray for regular bail. In the event, he fails to do so, the warrant of arrest shall stand revived and be executed against him in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the revision petition is disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the petitioner on usual undertaking.
