UPON READING a petition of (1) Mr. Mrityunjoy Mahes and his affidavit of verification thereof, dated (5th day of August, 2025) and the exhibits or annexures to the said petition and upon hearing (Mr. Saurindra Mahapatra, Learned Counsel for the petitioner.

IT IS ORDERED that a Rule do issue calling upon the alleged contemnors-respondents (1) Mr. Palash Roy, the District Inspector of Schools(SE), Purba Medinipur having its office at Tamluk, District-Purba Medinipur, Pin-721624 (2) Krishna Gopal Pal, Teacher-in-Charge Sankarpur Narayan Vidyapith, P.O.-Bankibheri, District-Purba Medinipur, Pin721458 as mentioned in the contempt application(CPAN 1358 of 2025) to show cause as to why he should not be

committed to prison or otherwise penalised or dealt with for having willfully violated the order dated (December 10 , 2024 passed by this court in W.P. No. W.P.A. No. 21990 of 2013).

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a pendency of this Rule shall not preclude the alleged contemnors-respondents to comply with the order dated 10.12.2024.

The Rule is made returnable on 08.12.2025 at 10.30 a.m.

On the returnable date, IT IS ORDERED the alleged Contemnors-respondents aforesaid shall appear personally before this Court at 10-30 a.m. and shall not leave Court without permission.

Let the Rule be served personally on the alleged contemnors-respondents.

Requisites be put in forthwith.
