Petitioner has prayed for modification of the conditions which were imposed on 17.01.2025 while granting bail. Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have perused the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Division Bench and I am of the opinion that since the trial of the case is still in progress, the petitioner shall continue to meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Uluberia Police Station once in a month instead of once in a week so earlier directed in the order dated 17.01.2025.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are retained.

Petitioner would be at liberty to renew such prayer at a subsequent stage.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
