This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.197 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 8th Court at Alipore.

It appears from the order-sheet that 17th August, 2023 was fixed for framing of issues. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the next date has been fixed on 2nd February, 2024 for framing of issues.

In view of such submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3289 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 8th Court at Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit No.197 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
