Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He is in custody for four years and three months. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the evidence of the victim girl. Her evidence in Court implicates the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
