No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing. No accommodation is sought. On the last few occasions i.e. on 06.08.2021, 09.08.2021 and 12.08.2021, when the matter was called on, no one represented the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed for default.
