...... petitioners Mr. Musharraf Alam Sk ....for the petitioners Ms. Anasuya Sinha Ms. Subhasree Patel ....for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the deceased had an affair with one Rudra Ghosh. Petitioners are the relations of the said Rudra Ghosh. They have been falsely implicated.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witnesses show petitioners along with co-accused Rudra Ghosh had gone to the residence of the victim and assaulted her. Soon thereafter she was found dead. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4808 of 2022 is dismissed.
