Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner complains that within the precincts of Idgah, certain miscreants have carried out antisocial activities and are trying to disrupt the sanctity of the religious place. To that effect, information was furnished with the Officer-inCharge, Nadial Police Station. Report of the Nadial Police Station reflects that number of G.D. entries have been recorded from the month of July 2025 till 23.09.2025.

In view of the representation made by the petitioner, police authorities would ensure that the sanctity of the religious place is restored and there is no violation of law and order at the instance of any private individuals or their associates.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22836 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
