Case No. 413/2021 dated 13.09.2021 under Sections 3/4/5/7/8/17 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act read with Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Petitioner is in custody for 20 days. It is submitted no objectionable picture was recovered.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim girl. Her statement discloses petitioner had lured her to her residence and thereafter she was used to sexual exploitation.

Under such circumstances disclosing involvement in the crime which has far-reaching social consequences, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
