The petitioner has returned to his parent school after temporary transfer to Raja Monindra Chandra Girls Primary School under Kandi Circle. His parent school is Santosh Singha Para, Karurpara Pouro Primary School. The petitioner has, however, joined back his parent school on 16th February, 2024 after lapse of one year. 2.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner shall not be entitled to any salary or allowances for the period of one year that he was absent after he was repatriated back to his parent school.

The DPSC, Murshidabad shall take a decision on the continuation of the petitioner's service i.e. as to whether there shall be a break of service of the petitioner or not within a period of two months from date. 4.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
