Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner primarily seeks proper investigation by the police authorities so that the persons who have allegedly murdered his son are apprehended and punished.

This Court is informed that final report in the form of FRMF has already been submitted after completion of investigation.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned Magistrate for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
