Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in view of the severe eye injuries suffered by the victim due to bomb blast. There is no change in circumstances since then. 4.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

CRM (DB) 3112 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
