2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the medical report which shows fracture at the humerus head, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
