1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she was not allowed to participate in the viva voce examination for selection to the post of Assistant Teacher for the year 2014. The process was finally completed in the year 2020.

3. The petitioner did not feature in the first list. Thereafter a second list was published in the year 2022.

4. This Court is unable to countenance the delay and laches on the part of the petitioner when she did not find her name in the said panel published in 2020. She ought to have filed a writ petition immediately in the year 2020 or atleast in the year 2022 after finding that her name is not there.

5. The writ petition seeking direction on the respondents, in respect of the panel published in the

year 2020 and 2022, cannot be entertained, for delay and latches and the same is therefore dismissed.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
