Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information sent on or about 28.07.2025 to the Officer-in-Charge, Bizpur Police Station, no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the State submits that Bizpur P.S. Case No.193 of 2025 has been registered for investigation on the basis of the information furnished by the petitioner.

Petitioner complains that in spite of the case being registered, petitioner is not in a position to have free egress and ingress at her residence because of parking of various types of vehicles.

Since the criminal case has been registered, police authorities without majorly disturbing or affecting the individuals would ensure that the egress and ingress of the petitioner to her residence is not obstructed.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 is present. The accusations made in the writ petition have been denied and disputed by the respondents and it has been submitted that since no affidavits have been called for, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22839 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
