A Memo of Evidence is pressed in service which reflects that learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur convicted and sentenced eight accused persons including the petitioner for charges u/s 420/406/409/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the WBPIDFE Act, 2013 vide judgment dated 03.10.2020.

Therefore, the application being, C.R.M. 9527 of 2018 becomes infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
