Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, is taken on record. The respondent No.4 is not before this Court, despite service.

The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction upon the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur to take steps on the basis of the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. It is submitted that the said application is pending since long.

This Court is not inclined to pass any order upon a judicial authority, by fixing any mandatory period for

disposal of such matter. The petitioners may make a request to the learned court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.

This order will not preclude any of the parties, aggrieved by the order that may be passed by the concerned learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, from taking any step in accordance with law.
