This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.156 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that since filing of the suit, no evidence has yet been recorded.

3.

In this regard, considering the prayer of this revisional application, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

4.

Accordingly, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No.156 of 2021 as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the title suit unless any unavoidable situation demands.

5.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 3175 of 2022, stands disposed of. 6.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, forthwith.

7.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
