With respect to the prayer of the writ petitioner regarding extension of the route on which the petitioner has been operating, the respondent authority was silent so far.

However, it is informed in Court today that on September 18, 2024, the respondent Board has taken a decision as regards such application of the writ petitioner.

It is necessary to mention that the petitioner has been operating in the route from Patharpara to Bankura.

He has made prayer for extension of the route from Patharpara to Bankura, up to Sijua via Goyaltor Bus Stand.

Be that as it may, since the respondent board has already taken a decision as regards the prayer of the writ petitioner, there remains no further issue for

adjudication in this present writ petition. The same is being disposed of as infructuous.

Needless to mention that the writ petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the decision of the respondent board as mentioned above, in case he is aggrieved with the same.

Let the respondent no. 4 immediately communicate order of the board, to the petitioner, maximum within a period of four weeks from the date.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents.

10. This writ petition being WPA No. 23230 of 2024 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

11. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
