Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the Sub Divisional Officer wherefrom it appears that the Puja permission cannot be granted to the petitioner as the petitioner failed to upload any document pertaining to grant of permission for holding Puja in the previous year.

2. There is a mandatory field in the online application form where the permission for performing Puja for the previous year is required to be uploaded.

3. The petitioner is bound to comply with all the formalities required for obtaining permission for performing Puja.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
