1. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Chitpur Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondent.

2. This Court is of the view that the petitioner has remedy under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and he may avail the same in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
