Commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the house belonging to the petitioners. Petitioners deny the ownership of the house.

Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was recovered from the house belonging to the petitioners and considering the fact that the police case is of February 15, 2017, we are of the view that the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4845 of 2022 is dismissed.
