In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 11.6.2025, a report is submitted by the Superintendent, Suri, District Correctional Home, which is handed over by the learned Advocate for the State during course of hearing.

It appears from the said report submitted by the Superintendent, Suri, District Correctional Home, that this appellant-convict had already served out the sentence and was released from Correctional Home on 12.2.2014 being UTP set off from 16.10.1993 to 14.1.1994. 5.

The said report submitted by the Superintendent, Suri, District Correctional Home, is taken on record.

The instant appeal is preferred challenging the impugned judgement and order of conviction dated 7.7.2008 and 8.7.2008, passed by the learned Trial Court. As the appellant-convict had already served out the sentence, the instant appeal is to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed affirming the impugned judgement and order of conviction passed by the learned Trial Court dated 7.7.2008 and 8.7.2008 passed in connection

with Sessions Trial No. 1 of January, 2003 (Sessions Case No. 99 of 1999).

Thus, the instant appeal being CRA 575 of 2008 is hereby disposed of. 9.

Let a copy of this order alongwith Trial Court Record be sent down to the learned Trial Court immediately.
