This Court finds that the impugned order was passed on March 21, 2018 and on the basis of the impugned order, the Recovery Officer has issued the notice as an order of attachment on August 3, 2021.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application in the year 2025. In the meantime, the petitioner has not prayed any interim relief either with regard to the parent order or the order of attachment. Now the petitioner intends to move the present application as 'Urgent Motion'.

Learned counsel for the respondents raised objection with regard to the maintainability of the present application and submits that the order passed by the authority dated March 21, 2018 is an appealable order
but the petitioner failed to file any appeal and file the present writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued the matter at length. Now he prays for withdrawal of the present writ application with a liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum. 5.
In view of the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 23314 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum.
