Petitioner on or about 12.09.2025 has informed the Officer-in-Charge, Penro Police Station in respect of the inconveniences faced by the petitioner in spite of a decree passed in Title Suit No. 183 of 2019.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 7 and 8 is present.

It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the police authorities are aware regarding the nature of the dispute.

Be that as it may, police authorities are directed that they will not interfere in respect of right, title and interest of any individual concerned. However, this will not preclude the police authorities to take steps in case there is violation of law and order. To that effect, police authorities

would ensure that peace and tranquility is maintained.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22833 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
