Mr. Anil Kumar Chattopadhyay, learned Counsel appears for the petitioners.

Mr.

Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the respondents. Referring to an order of the coordinate bench dated November 24, 2022, Annexure P-11 at Page 33 to the writ petition, learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that though hearing has been granted by the Respondent No. 2 but till date no reasoned order has been communicated to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the Respondent No. 2 is directed to pass the necessary reasoned order in terms of the said direction of the earlier coordinate bench dated

November 24, 2022, if not passed already, and to communicate the same to the petitioners positively within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition (WPA 23293 of 2024) stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
