Inadvertently in the order dated 19.02.2026 the number of the bail application has been wrongly transcribed. It has been typed as 'C.R.M. (M) 2195 of 2026', the same is incorrect and should be read as 'C.R.M. (M) 2195 of 2025'.

Let this be treated as part and parcel of the earlier order dated 19.02.2026.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the order dated 19.02.2026.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
