Ritika Mondal, again prays for an adjournment on behalf of the learned advocate engaged in the matter on the ground of his personal difficulty. However, in reply to the question of this court she has submitted that the learned counsel, Mr. Arunava Banerjee, engaged in this matter, has left the court.

Hence, adjournment as prayed for is not granted.

The matter is dismissed.
