Record reflects that the bail was granted on 09.08.2006 by the learned A.C.J.M, Contai.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present application for cancellation of bail being CRM 10173 of 2007 is dismissed.
