It is contended on behalf of the petitioners there was a fight between the parties. Petitioners also received injuries. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witness show petitioners are the aggressors. Police officer had to fire from the licensed gun in exercise to private defence. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and daring nature of the petitioners who attempted to fire at the police officer and family members, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
