Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner, father-in-law of the victimhousewife and other in-laws including the husband subjected her to torture over dowry. She unnatural death within four months of marriage.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
