1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated.

2. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the statement of the neighbours and relatives of the victim it appears that the petitioner has been directly implicated for physical and mental torture upon the victim and that had ultimately resulted the death of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
