Petitioner complains that he had dues with the bank, i.e., respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and they have been forcing excess by way of harassing and threatening the family members of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the incident complained in the information which was submitted lacks any substance, petitioner is a defaulter according to the State. Learned Advocate for the bank authorities submit that the bank after paying its dues are threatened by way of attempting to institute criminal case.

Be that as it may, the police authorities have prima facie come to a conclusion.

I have considered the submissions of the parties and I am of the view that that if the petitioner feels that he has been subjected to any harassment he would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional criminal court by invoking appropriate relevant provisions of law. No

interference is called for from this Court in view of the subject matter involved.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 23308 of 2024 is hereby disposed of.

Report be submitted be kept with the record.

Parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
