1. CAN 1 of 2022 is an application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 418 days in preferring the appeal.

2. Sufficient cause being shown for not being able to file the appeal within the period of limitation. The delay of 418 days in preferring the appeal is thereby condoned and CAN 1 of 2022 is accordingly, disposed of.

3. In view of the fact that the impugned order has only directed the appellant to implement the order dated 9th August, 2018 passed by the Director of Public Instruction and the fact that the said order has now been implemented, the appeal and the application stand dismissed.
