2. Report of the State Legal Services Authority is to the effect that, father of the victim took the victim into his custody.

3. In such circumstances, no further order need be passed in the present application for grant of bail.

4. Petitioner was already granted bail by the coordinate Bench.

5. Coordinate Bench noted while granting bail to the petitioner that, the petitioner was implicated in the offence on the score that he did not report the matter to the police.

6. In such circumstances, we find no further need for intervention.
