Extreme urgency is expressed by the counsel for the petitioner and CRAN 1 of 2023 has been listed. 2.

It is found that since after transfer, to the special Court for trying cases against MPs and MLAs, the matter is fixed for first date in the Court below at Calcutta on 29th January, 2024. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is a member of Parliament and in view of the forthcoming Parliamentary Elections, he is required to be in his constituency and travel frequently.

In view of the above, since the revisional application was admitted by the regular Bench and certain protective measures were ordered on 10th October, 2023, this Court is of the view that the matter should be taken up by the regular Bench. 5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the extreme urgency expressed by the counsel for the petitioner,

list this matter marked as "To be Mentioned" before the regular Bench on 24th January, 2024.
