Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in this writ petition, has challenged the initiation of a disciplinary proceeding against him. During pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been dismissed from service. The petitioner now intends to challenge the dismissal order by filing a fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 22612 of 2025 along with CAN 1/2025, CAN 2/2026, CAN 3/2026 & CAN 4/2026 is dismissed as not pressed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the dismissal order in accordance with law.
