1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused have been granted regular bail. He had no opportunity to represent his case when the matter was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this court.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits petitioner and co-accused cheated unsuspecting youths on the false promise of giving employment.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Allegations are serious. Anticipatory bail was rejected on merits. Co-accused have been granted regular bail. Grant of regular bail and anticipatory bail stand on different parameters. Hence, we do not find any reason to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
