1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim lady died under unnatural circumstances within two years of marriage. Investigation is in progress. In view of nature of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
