In compliance with the order dated February 17, 2025, Mr.

Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader files a report dated March 03, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), the respondent no. 4 herein, let it be kept with the record.

The said report dated March 03, 2025 discloses that the petitioner vide letter dated February 28, 2025 was requested to submit all relevant papers to process her prayer for family pension.

The petitioner is directed to comply with the said requisition immediately.

The respondent no.4, on receipt of all the papers shall take forward steps for sending the same to the appropriate authority for consideration of the prayer of the petitioner.

WPA 23211 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
