This revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed assailing the order dated 12.8.2015 passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Judge, Special Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly in Criminal Motion No.35 of 2015 whereby the order of interim maintenance passed in favour of opposite party no.1 was confirmed.
There was a direction upon the petitioner by this Court to pay the interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to opposite party no.1/wife within 30th October, 2015, in default, the stay order would stand vacated.
The petitioner has not reported compliance and did not take any steps thereafter. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the revisional application filed by the petitioner is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Let a copy of this order be sent to Learned Addition Sessions Judge cum Judge, Special Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly and also to Learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Hooghly for information.
