The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondent has encroached upon the P.W.D. land, thereby creating obstruction to the ingress and egress in respect of the petitioner's premises.

Such contention is controverted by learned counsel for the private respondent.

Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent-authorities.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

In view of the innocuous prayer made, WPA 20807 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent nos.

and to consider the

representation given by the petitioner in that regard, annexed to the writ petition as annexure P/2 at page 28 thereof, within three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the said respondents and to take steps accordingly within the said period. The respondents shall act on the communication of the learned advocates and/or server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of certified copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.
