Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show victim was called by his wife and he left his residence. Thereafter, he was found in a morbid condition in the cowshed of the petitioner. Soon thereafter, he died. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
